So many variations can be done to this wrap. Choose your own ingredients. You can buy the pesto. You can buy balsamic glaze or make it by reducing 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and 3 tbsp honey.

Ingredients For turkey pesto wrap

  • FOR THE BASIL PESTO
  • 1/2 c
    pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 c
    fresh basil leaves
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c
    extra virgin olive oil
  • FOR THE WRAP
  • 1 lg
    flour tomato tortilla wrap
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil pesto
  • 2 slice
    roasted deli turkey
  • 1 slice
    aged white cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    sliced red onion
  • 1/4 c
    pea shoots
  • drizzle balsamic glaze

How To Make turkey pesto wrap

  • 1
    First make the Pesto. Add all ingredients in food processor except olive oil. Drizzle the olive oil in while processing ingredients into a smooth sauce.

    To make the wrap lay out the tortilla flat. Spread 2 tbsp of the pesto over the wrap. Top with Turkey, cheese, onions, and pea shoots. Drizzle balsamic glaze over top and roll up. Enjoy
