These are super tasty. Really good. Easy to make and flavorful. Something different than a burger. You can use regular mayonnaise. I like the Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise it is much richer since they use more egg yolks

Ingredients For tuna burgers

6 ozcan tuna drained well

1egg
-
1/2 citalian bread crumbs

1 mdshallot minced

2 clovegarlic minced

1/4 ckewpie mayonnaise

1 Tbspheinz chili sauce
-
1/2 tspdried dill weeds.

dashworcestershire sauce
-
salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbspolive oil
-
1/2tomato sliced
-
2burger buns
-
extra mayo for serving
How To Make tuna burgers

1Mix the tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, shallot, garlic, Mayo, chili sauce, dill weed, Worcesterdhire sauce, salt and pepper.

2Carefully form two patties. It will be a little loose.

3Add the oil to a skillet. Wait until the oil is sizzling hot and add the patties. Cook about 5 minutes on one side. Carefully turn the patties and cook another 5 minutes.

4Spread mayo on the top of both buns and then add the tomato slice. Add the tuna patties. Serve immediately.
