This is a grilled triple decker flour tortilla club sandwich! (Say that 3 times... fast!). It is totally awesome! You can make it as a meal or as appetizers. We do both... Great for game days... or anytime! Change the ingredients to your liking... Play With Your Food! xo

Ingredients For tortilla club triple play!

  • 3 lg
    flour tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 3 - 6 slice
    hard salami, sliced thin (or shaved)
  • 3 - 6 slice
    turkey, sliced thin (or shaved)
  • 3 - 6 slice
    ham, sliced thin (or shaved)
  • 4 - 5 Tbsp
    shredded cheese (any)
  • 4 - 6 Tbsp
    celery leaves, chopped (or lettuce)
  • 4 - 6 slice
    tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion (minced or chopped)
  • ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
  • dijon mustard, spicy brown mustard or yellow mustard
  • pasta sauce or salsa in place of mayonnaise.
  • parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder sprinkled on outside of tortillas

How To Make tortilla club triple play!

    Buy or make home made flour tortillas.

    You need 3 flour tortillas.

    Spread one side of the first tortilla with butter (or margarine).

    Spread the other side with mayonnaise. Put butter side down on the griddle.

    Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 6
    Put on shaved turkey.

    Add shaved ham.
  • 8
    Add shredded cheese.

    Add shaved salami (or corned beef or pepperoni).

    Put on another flour tortilla.

    Add shredded cheese.

    Add shaved turkey, ham and salami.

    Add cheese, celery leaves, tomato, minced onion.

    When it is all ready, add some cheese.

    Put another flour tortilla (the 3rd one) with mayonnaise on one side and butter on the other... place butter side up. Grill until heated and browned.

    Flip over carefully to grill the second side.

    Peek at the inside and decide if you want to heat it longer or not.

    Continue grilling until desired results are reached.

    Cut with a pizza cutter into desired size triangles like you would do for a pizza.
