tasty tuna wraps
This makes a fantastic lunch or dinner. I serve it with a nice vegetable soup and salad for extra greens!

Ingredients For tasty tuna wraps

3 cangood quality chunk white albacore tuna
-
1/2 cfinely diced white onion

1/4 cdiced (seeded) cucumber
-
1/4 cvery finely diced celery
-
2 tspdill pickle relish
-
2 Tbspchopped, fresh parsley
-
1/4 tspsweet paprika
-
1/2 tspdried dill
-
2 Tbspolive oil mayonnaise
-
2 Tbspnonfat greek yogurt
-
sea salt & pepper to taste

spinach leaves (if desired)
-
sliced tomatoes (if desired)
-
broccoli slaw (if desired)
-
whole wheat or high fiber wraps (we use the ole xtreme wellness high fiber low carb tortilla wraps)
How To Make tasty tuna wraps

1Drain tuna and empty cans into a small mixing bowl.

2Add pickle relish, chopped parsley, celery, onion and cucumber, mayonnaise, Yogurt, paprika, dill, salt & pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

3Line a wrap with spinach leaves, sliced tomato, and sprinkle on some broccoli slaw.

4Spoon on tuna mixture.

5Fold into a wrap, and slice in half if desired.
