tasty open faced naan sandwich
Not your Average Naan, I hope that you will enjoy this tasty, messy treat. Eat it like a taco. If you prefer you could use a large naan bread and place all the ingredients on it. I'm trying to cut back on bread, that's why I choose the mini naan. Either way it tastes great. It is quick and easy to make and has tons of flavor; makes a great lunch when served with some fresh fruit and yogurt. Created for RSC - 2018
