3 Tbspgarlic hummus

1/4 calfalfa sprouts

1/2tomato sliced

1 tsplemon juice

4 slicebread of choice
How To Make sprouts, avocado & hummus sandwich

1Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

2Toast the bread. Spread the avocado mixture on two pieces of bread. Spread the hummus on the other two pieces of bread.

3Add the remaining toppings in any order then close the slices. Cut in half and serve
