1 cmayonnaise

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 smshallot, chopped

1/2 cdrained dill pickle slices
- SPICED SALMON

2 tspsmoked paprika

1 tspchipotle chili powder

1 tspcumin

1 tspsalt

2 tspwondra flour

2skinless salmon filets (4 oz each)

2 Tbspolive oil
- FOR SERVING

2hoagie buns, split and toasted

1/2 cmicrogreens
How To Make spiced salmon sandwich with pickle aioli

1To make the aioli, place the ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended. Set aside in fridge to meld flavors.

2To make the salmon, mix the spices together with the flour. Rub all over the salmon and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

3Add oil to a cast iron skillet. once shimmering, add the salmon and cook undisturbed for 6 minutes. Turn and cook on the other side for 5 more minutes. All depending on how thick your salmon is.

4Spread aioli on the top bun of sandwich. Top with microgreens and place the fish on the bottom bun and put it together. Enjoy.
