slow-cooker italian beef sandwiches
(2 ratings)
Literally all you need to do is pour an entire bottle of diced pepperoncini’s juice and all over a roast in a slow cooker. I was so tempted to put other ingredients in, maybe some salts or Italian seasoning, but don’t do it. Just let the simplicity of this recipe shine. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, shred and serve on toasted bun, maybe a little cheese if you prefer.
