Ingredients For shrimp salad sandwich

1/4 cmiracle whip®

1/4 cmayonnaise

1/2 ccelery, diced

1/4 cgreen onions, finely chopped

1/2 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tspold bay seasoning
-
1/4 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 tsphot sauce of your choice, or to taste

15 lgprawns, peeled, deveined, cooked and chopped into pieces

1 tspfresh dill, chopped

1 pinchground himalayan sea salt

1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
How To Make shrimp salad sandwich

1In a bowl, combine Miracle Whip®, mayo, celery, green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce; stir until well mixed.

2Add chopped shrimp and stir again before adding dill, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir again, cover and transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Serve on croissants or on a bed of lettuce with cherry tomatoes and slices of cucumber. Makes 4
