(1 rating)
One of my goals at JAP is to create enough “Master” and “Essential” recipes that I could use them to create other recipes. This is a simple recipe to assemble, and so yummy. Serve with some coleslaw, French fries, or just on its own. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

How To Make sandwich essentials: spicy catfish po’ boy
-
1PREP/PREPARE
-
2Gather your Ingredients.
-
3Slice the bread open, and spread some dressing on both cut sides.
-
4Chef’s Note: The dressing should be something that you like. For example, you could take some mayo, and add some Dijon and cayenne. Have some fun and play with it. I do have a recommendation for a good sauce at the bottom of the recipe.
-
5Add a bed of lettuce to the bottom of the cut roll.
-
6Place the catfish on top (recipe recommendation at the bottom of the recipe).
-
7Put some nice fresh tomatoes on top, and season with a bit of salt and pepper.
-
8Top with the other half of the bun, cut and half, and serve. Enjoy.
-
9Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
