2 lgwhole wheat pitas

1 lgchicken breast, split across the center to make 2.

garlic salt to taste

mrs. dash chicken seasoning to taste

1/2 cfat free feta cheese

4 thin cucumber slices

handful of baby spinach leaves
- SAUCE

1/4 csour cream
-
1 pinchdill
-
1 pinchdried parsley

1 pinchgarlic powder
How To Make quick & easy grilled chicken gyro

1Season Chicken Generously with spices.

2Grill over medium high heat for about 7 minutes per side.

3Meanwhile, wrap pita bread in foil and warm in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

4Let chicken rest for 5 minutes or so before cutting across the grain into thin strips.

5Mix together Sauce ingredients. Spread sauce evenly over both pieces of pita.

6Layer Spinach and Cucumbers, then chicken into pita.

7Sprinkle with fat free Feta Cheese. Fold and serve!
