Ingredients For pork pitas

1/2 colive oil

1small red onion finely chopped

3 clovegarlic chopped

4 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

1 Tbspdried oregano

1 tspdried mint
-
1 1/2 lbpork loin, trimmed of silver skin and excess fat

salt and pepper

tzatziki sauce
-
pitas
How To Make pork pitas

1Mix all ingredients except pork. Trim pork as described, and cut into 1-inch cubes. Marinate 2 hours to overnight.

2Take pork from marinade and place on skewers and grill, or remove excess marinade and cook till done in pan on stove.

3Serve with pitas and tzatziki sauce.
