Ingredients For pork mac & cheese sliders

  • 1 c
    elbow macaroni
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 pkg
    hawaiian sweet rolls or hoagie rolls cut in half
  • 16 oz
    carton refrigerated cooked bbq pulled pork
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    whole grain mustard

How To Make pork mac & cheese sliders

    Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile is a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour until smooth Whisk in the milk and cook until thickened. Stir in the cheese and cook until melted. Drain the macaroni and stir into the macaroni. Set aside.

    Preheat oven 375 degrees. Great a baking pan. Place the bottom of the bun on the pan.Top with BBQ and then the mac & cheese

    Place the top of the bun on the sandwich. Combine the melted butter, honey and mustard together and brush on the top of the buns. Bake until the topss are golden brown. About 10 minutes. Serve
