This famous sandwich available during the Masters Tournament can now be enjoyed at home anytime you want!

Ingredients For pimento cheese sandwich

  • 1 jar
    (4 oz.) diced pimiento, drained
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c
    monterey jack with jalapeño pepper cheese, grated
  • 4 oz
    (1/2 package) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp
    red onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/16 tsp
    cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1/16 tsp
    ground himalayan sea salt, or to taste
  • 1/16 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
  • 3-4 dash
    hot sauce such as cholula®, or to taste

How To Make pimento cheese sandwich

  • 1
    In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. With a hand mixer, process until the mixture is very well combined and spreadable, stopping to clean the sides of the bowl.

    Cover with plastic wrap making sure it touches the surface to prevent from drying out and chill for 30 minutes before making the sandwiches.
