3ciabatta rolls, halved

6 Tbspapple butter

4 Tbspdijon mustard (or your favorite)

1 lbdeli pastrami

3/4 cshredded white cheddar cheese

chives, for garnish
How To Make open-faced apple butter pastrami sandwich

1Preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; set aside.

2To assemble the sandwich, generously spread Apple Butter and mustard on each roll. Top with pastrami and cheese.

3Place into oven and broil until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chives.
