    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onions
  • 2
    loaves Brown And Serve French bread, cut in half
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • ketchup, mustard, and pickles, for serving

How To Make open face long boy cheeseburgers

    Add the beef to a large bowl. Mix the cornflakes and heavy cream together. Mix the beef with the salt, pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, ketchup, onions, and cornflake mixture.

    Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. Lay the French bread on a large cookie sheet. Spread the meat mixture over the 4 slices of French bread all the way to the edges. Bake about 25 minutes.

    Add the cheese and bake 5 more minutes until the cheese melts. Serve with ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
