Found this in a website about Austrian food - this is pretty much how my German mom always made it. If you can find sour pickles in a European specialty store, all the better! NOTE: tuna comes in smaller cans than it used to, so adjust proportion of other ingredients accordingly. I use water pack tuna, but oil pack will give you a richer flavor.

2 cantuna, drained (about 5 to 7 ounces each)

1 smonion, minced

2 mddill pickles, minced

2hard-boiled eggs, diced

1-3 Tbsplemon juice (or juice of 1 lemon, approx)

5 Tbspmayonnaise (light is ok)
