Ingredients For new england lobster rolls

1 lblobster meat, cooked and cut into 1-inch pieces

3 Tbspmayonnaise

1 Tbspmiracle whip

1 Tbspchives, thinly sliced

1/3 ccelery, finely diced

1 tspfresh tarragon leaves, chopped

ground himalayan sea salt, to taste

freshly ground black pepper, to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)

1 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
-
6 to 8new england hot dog buns

3 Tbspbutter, softened or as needed

6lemon wedges, for garnish
How To Make new england lobster rolls

1In a bowl, combine lobster meat, mayo, Miracle Whip, chives, celery, tarragon, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well and set aside.

2Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of buns and place them in a skillet over medium heat. When nicely browned, flip to grill the other side.

3Generously spoon lobster meat into each bun and serve immediately with potato chips.
