mom's italian sandwich presto
I have made many different versions of this recipe my mother Madeleine used to make, and the hubby loves them all! I tend to omit the onion and egg, and then double the meats on each slice. Serve with chips, or you favorite side, and you will be very happy!

6 slicetomato (i omit most of the time)

3hard boiled eggs, sliced (i omit)

4 ozcream cheese and chives, whipped

2 Tbspitalian salad dressing
How To Make mom's italian sandwich presto

1Fry meat in 1/3 cup dressing, place on toast. Top with tomato and egg slices. Warm cream cheese, thin with dressing to make a smooth sauce. Pour over sandwiches and bake8-10 minutes at 425 degrees or until heated through.
