How To Make megan's bbq ham for sandwiches
-
1Cut fat and gristle from your leftover ham (mine was a glazed spiral ham, baked in coke zero). Cut the pieces into little bites (did this with my kitchen shears). Put into pan, with whatever type bbq sauce you like, we use sweet baby ray's. Then stir to mix. When about where you want the amount of sauce, then pour in some more coke zero to make it thinner. It makes a sort of sloppy joe consistency. Then heat to temperature and serve on buns.

2Note: if you want to add onion while heating, that's entirely up to your preference!
