Ingredients For italian party sub

  • 1 lg
    loaf of soft french bread
  • 1 lb
    deli ham
  • 1/2 lb
    very thin sliced hard salami
  • 1/2 lb
    very thin sliced sandwich style pepperoni
  • 8 slice
    thin slices provolone cheese
  • 8 slice
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sm
    tomato sliced very thin (i use a mandoline slicer)
  • 2 c
    shredded lettuce
  • CONDIMENT SUGGESTIONS
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • italian dressing
  • sliced banana peppers
  • banana peppers
  • sliced red onion
  • pickles

How To Make italian party sub

  • 1
    Slice bead in half through the middle.
  • 2
    layer ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, mozzarella, thin sliced tomato and lettuce onto bread.

    Place top half of bread on top of lettuce layer.
  • 4
    Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

    Slice into 6-8 sandwiches. Serve.

    Tip: I use an electric knife for all the slicing.
