1/2 ccooked chicken, skinned and chopped

How To Make hot chicken sandwiches

1Coat a skillet with cooking spray, and add butter; place over medium-high heat until butter melts.

2Add mushrooms, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tender, stirring often. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms, stirring well.

3Add water and bouillon granules; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened.

4Reduce heat to low; add chicken to mixture, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over toast slices.
