Ingredients For homemade beef & cheddar

  • BEEF
  • 1 lb
    deli roast beef
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 4
    onion buns
  • CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUCE
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • RED RANCH SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 tsp
    each apple cider vinegar and sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    each onion and garlic powder
  • pinch of salt

How To Make homemade beef & cheddar

    For the beef Place the beef and water into a pan and cook about 5 minutes until warmed through
  • 2
    For the cheese sauce Mix the cheese, milk and paprika in a saucepan and cook whisking until the cheese is melted.

    For the red ranch Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and cook until warmed through
  • 4
    to assemble drain the water from the deli beef Open the buns and spread some red ranch on the bottom. top with the meat then the cheese sauce. Eat
