Ingredients For hearty tuna melts

1 6-oz cantuna in water, canned, drained, flaked

1/3 cfat-free mayonnaise

1/2 ccelery, chopped

1/3 cgreen bell pepper, chopped

2 Tbspripe olives, chopped

1/4 tspdried thyme, crushed

6 slicedark rye bread
-
6 slicefat-free pasturized cheese slices
How To Make hearty tuna melts

1Heat oven to 350ºF.

2Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, green pepper, olives, and thyme; mix lightly. For each sandwich, top bread slice with 1/4 cup tuna mixture; cover with slice of cheese.

3Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes or broil until cheese melts.
