I love sliders! There are so many different things you can do, the sky's the limit! This particular version is a family favorite. Like a hot ham and cheese sandwich plus a cheeseburger all in one! I will sometimes bake the beef beforehand. Then when it's dinnertime, assemble the sliders.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Ham and cheese sliders are tasty and super popular. This recipe adds a ground beef twist and they're delicious. The beef is pressed into a pan and baked which makes prep easy. Cut into squares, the burgers are placed on a Hawaiian roll with ham and Swiss cheese. Then, it's topped with a buttery sweet mustard sauce. Once baked, the final result is a sweet and savory sandwich that will be great for game day or an easy dinner.
