16 inch sub bun

1 slicecooked pork tenderloin sliced thin

2 slicedeli ham
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard

2 sliceswiss cheese

4pickles

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make grilled cuban sandwich

1Open the sub bun. Spread the mustard on both sides. Add a thin slice of cooked pork, then add the ham , then two slices of cheese. Top with pickles. Place the top bun on and melt the butter in a skillet.

2Once butter is melted Place the sub in the skillet. Place a heavy pan on top of the sub to push down. A cast iron pan works well for this. Cook about 4 minutes. Check to see how brown the sub is. If it is browned nicely turn over and place the pan on top and repeat process.
