4 slicegood quality whole wheat bread

4 tspheart healthy margarine

4 sliceredcued fat cheddar cheese

canned green chilies, drained (orteaga)
How To Make green chili grilled cheese, diabetic version

1butter 2 slices of the bread as lightly as possible.

2Turn the buttered sides down (I use a sheet of waxed paper for this) and place 1 cheese slice on them.

3Top the cheese with as much of the greep peppers as you like and top with the second cheese slice.

4Butter the last two sliced and top off the waiting stacks. Using a wide spatula place the sandwich's in a warmed skillet and toast to your liking on both sides.
