cuban sandwich
Cubans sandwiches can be hard to come by in Kansas. So i made my own! Enjoy.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For cuban sandwich

1orange, juiced

1lime, juiced

1 tspcumin
-
1 tsporegano, dried

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

2 tspsalt

1bay leaf
-
1 Tbspmined garlic
-
1 lbpork loin, or shoulder
-
1/2 cchicken broth
-
swiss cheese
-
sliced pickles
-
mustard
-
deli ham
-
sub rolls
How To Make cuban sandwich

1Combine juices and seasoning in slow cooker

2Add pork, pour chicken broth over the top. Cook on high for 4 - 6 hours or low for 6 - 8 hours. It should flake apart once its cooked

3Place mustard on sub roll, add cheese, ham, pork and pickles

4Heat a teaspoon of oil or butter in the skillet, place the sandwich on the hot skillet and press with a spatula. Press until the bread it crispy, and brown. I like to press both sides. Enjoy!
