Ingredients For cod fish rolls

44-6 oz. cod fillets

2 Tbspolive oil mayonnaise

2 Tbspplain, nonfat greek yogurt
-
2 tspbottled lemon juice or a tbsp. fresh!

2 tspdried dill
-
3green onions, thinly sliced
-
1 stalkcelery, very finely diced
-
1 tspold bay seasoning
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
salt and ground pepper to taste

whole wheat hot dog buns, toasted

lettuce and tomato (optional)
How To Make cod fish rolls

1Prepare cod according to package directions. Flake the fish; refrigerate until chilled.

2Stir remaining ingredients (except hot dog buns and lettuce & tomato) into flaked fish. Refrigerate until ready to use.

3layer lettuce and thinly sliced tomato into toasted hot dog bun and spoon fish mixture generously into toasted bun.

4NOTE: You can make this Keto friendly by serving it up on lettuce leaves.
