Ingredients For cod fish rolls

  • 4
    4-6 oz. cod fillets
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    plain, nonfat greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp
    bottled lemon juice or a tbsp. fresh!
  • 2 tsp
    dried dill
  • 3
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk
    celery, very finely diced
  • 1 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and ground pepper to taste
  • whole wheat hot dog buns, toasted
  • lettuce and tomato (optional)

How To Make cod fish rolls

  • 1
    Prepare cod according to package directions. Flake the fish; refrigerate until chilled.

    Stir remaining ingredients (except hot dog buns and lettuce & tomato) into flaked fish. Refrigerate until ready to use.

    layer lettuce and thinly sliced tomato into toasted hot dog bun and spoon fish mixture generously into toasted bun.

    NOTE: You can make this Keto friendly by serving it up on lettuce leaves.
