Ingredients For cobb clubs

    hoagie rolls, split, and lightly toasted
  • 1 c
    blue cheese dressing
  • 3/4 lb
    thinly sliced cooked turkey
  • 4 slice
    sharp cheddar cheese, 1 oz each
  • 1 lg
    avocado, thinly sliced
  • 8 slice
    bacon, cooked
  • 4
    plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 c
    shredded leaf lettuce
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil vinaigrette (we like newman's own oil & vinegar and bernstein's spicy italian)

How To Make cobb clubs

    Spread cut sides of each hoagie roll with blue cheese dressing.

    Layer bottom halves of rolls evenly with turkey and next 5 ingredients; drizzle with vinaigrette.

    Cover with top halves of rolls.
