Ingredients For choripan (sausage sandwich)

    argentinian chorizo sausage
  • 1
    french bread or brat bun or large roll
  • chimichurri sauce

How To Make choripan (sausage sandwich)

    Grill or pan fry sausage. Open bread or bun and grill briefly, cut side down.

    Butterfly (cut lengthwise) and place on one side of bread.

    Spread chimichurri sauce on other side of bun. Close and enjoy!

    NOTE: if Argentinian chorizo is unavailable, Italian sausage or other pork based sausage may be used instead.
