1 pkgcornbread mix - 8 1/2 oz.

1egg

1/3 csour cream, light
-
1 canprepared chili - with or without beans

1 cancorn - 14 oz approximately - drained

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make chili cornbread sloppy "joes"

1Prepare cornbread mix with egg and sour cream. Spread in greased 8x8 inch pan and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400ºF. Let cool for 10 minutes.

2Remove cornbread and cut into 4 squares. Cut each square into a triangle, then split each triangle horizontally into halves.

3Meanwhile, cook chili and corn in saucepan until completely heated.

4To serve: spoon chili mixture onto bottom half of cornbread triangle, sprinkle with cheese, top with remaining cornbread triangle.
