Growing up in Chicago, we often went to Superdawg to indulge in some Chicago hot dogs. Years later, they're still in business in the same location. While it's not always possible to get the exact ingredients, this kind of replicates the goodness if not the ambiance! Traditionally served with french fries. If you can't find sport peppers, use any small hot peppers. I wimp out and don't use them at all (don't tell)!
