1cube fermented tofu with 1 Tbsp of the liquid

1/4 choney

1/4 choisin sauce

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspshaoxing wine

2inch piece ginger, grated

1/2 tspwhite pepper

1/2 tspChinese five spice powder

How To Make char su pulled pork

1Smash the tofu with a fork. Add the honey, hoisin, soy sauce, shaoxing, garlic, ginger, white pepper, and Chinese five spice. Mix well.

2Add the pork to a plastic bag, pour in the marinade, and let sit in the fridge for 12 - 24 hours.

3Remove the pork from the bag and place in a slow cooker. Add the marinade. Cook on low for 10 hours. Shred with 2 forks and serve on buns.
