How To Make tea cooked pot roast with russian sauce

1Season the roast with salt and pepper. Place in a slow cooker. Add the beef broth, onions, garlic, and tea bags. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove the roast from slow cooker.

2Strain the sauce and discard the solids. Place 1 1/2 cups of the sauce in a sauce pan and discard the rest. Add the Russian dressing, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer; simmer 10 minutes to reduce.

3Pour over the roast and serve over potatoes or noodles.
