For the people who loved pork loin for dinner,i create this new recipe it was based on seattle hot dog,without the bun and cabbage,it was great with side of mac and cheese,steamed vegetables and some dinner rolls.

Ingredients For seattle pork loin

1 Tbspolive oil

1 lgvidalia sweet onion,peeled and sliced

4fresh jalapenos,chopped

1 Tbspsteak seasoning

3/4 cpanko bread crumbs

8 ozcream cheese,softened
-
3 lbpork tenderloin
-
4 Tbsphoney mustard
-
3/4 cteriyaki sauce
-
1 csweet and spicy barbecue sauce

2 tspground cumin
How To Make seattle pork loin

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add sliced vidalia onion and chopped jalapenos,saute for 7 minutes,or until are tender.Stir in steak seasoning and bread crumbs.

3Cut pork tenderloin in half lengthwise.Stuff with cream cheese and sauteed onion mixture and secure with kitchen twine.

4In a small bowl,combine honey mustard,teriyaki and barbecue sauce,whisk together.Baste the tenderloin with 1/2 of the sauce.Season with ground cumin.

5Place in a shallow roaster and bake uncover for 1 hour.Baste with reserved sauce.Cover with aluminum foil and continue bake for another 1 hour.
