For the people who loved pork loin for dinner,i create this new recipe it was based on seattle hot dog,without the bun and cabbage,it was great with side of mac and cheese,steamed vegetables and some dinner rolls.

Ingredients For seattle pork loin

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 lg
    vidalia sweet onion,peeled and sliced
  • 4
    fresh jalapenos,chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    steak seasoning
  • 3/4 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese,softened
  • 3 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 4 Tbsp
    honey mustard
  • 3/4 c
    teriyaki sauce
  • 1 c
    sweet and spicy barbecue sauce
  • 2 tsp
    ground cumin

How To Make seattle pork loin

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add sliced vidalia onion and chopped jalapenos,saute for 7 minutes,or until are tender.Stir in steak seasoning and bread crumbs.

    Cut pork tenderloin in half lengthwise.Stuff with cream cheese and sauteed onion mixture and secure with kitchen twine.

    In a small bowl,combine honey mustard,teriyaki and barbecue sauce,whisk together.Baste the tenderloin with 1/2 of the sauce.Season with ground cumin.

    Place in a shallow roaster and bake uncover for 1 hour.Baste with reserved sauce.Cover with aluminum foil and continue bake for another 1 hour.
