  • 5-6 lb
    chuck roast
  • 1 lg
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 4 c
    ginger ale
  • 3 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    lemon juice
  • hamburger buns

How To Make bake all day beef barbecue

    Place the roast in a large roasting pan or Dutch oven.

    Combine the onion and the next 9 ingredients. Pour over the roast.

    Cover and bake at 300° for 6 to 8 hours or until tender.

    Shred the meat, and serve on hamburger buns.
