15 ozcan sliced peaches in heavy syrup

2 boxany hickory smoked bbq sauce

2 tspliquid smoke

1 mdonion chopped

6 clovegarlic minced

1 cjalapeno pepper jelly

salt and pepper

sliced jalapenos for serving
How To Make sweet, spicy smoky short ribs in crockpot

1Place the ribs in a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Mix the peaches BBQ sauce,liquid smoke, onion, garlic and jelly together in a saucepan. Cook until the jelly has melted. Pour over the ribs and cook on low for 8 hours.

2Remove the ribs from the crock and place on a serving plate. Keep warm. Strain the liquid and discard the solids. Place liquid in saucepan and let reduce over med/high heat for 15 minutes. Serve sauce over ribs and garnish with sliced jalapenos.
