This is one of my childhood favorites, my family , (my Hubby and my kids do not like it so I don't get to have it often). It is very good.

Ingredients For simple pork ribs and saurkraut

  • 2=3 lb
    baby back pork ribs
  • 1 qt
    sauerkraut
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • salt and pepper

How To Make simple pork ribs and saurkraut

  • 1
    Cut ribs apart, salt and pepper both sides well. Place in baking dish, bake covered in 350 degree oven about 2 hours.

    Remove from oven and cover ribs with sauerkraut, sprinkle with brown sugar cover and return to oven bake another hour.

    I usually serve this with Mashed potatoes and butter but you can use what your family likes.
