just peachy pork ribs
These ribs are the bomb.I had some fresh peaches left over and thought why not top with my original rib recipe.Simple easy to prepare and oh so good.

6 lbpork spare ribs

2 cfresh peaches sliced

1 tspsalt

1 tspgarlic powder

2 tspblack pepper

2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 bottlefavorite dry rub. i use(bacon chipolti
How To Make just peachy pork ribs

1Rinse ribs in cold water and pat with paper towel removing some of the water.

2add salt,black pepper,garlic in that order.pat down with hands (DO NOT RUB IN).

3add your dry rub generously and pat down with hands(DO NOT RUB IN)

4wash,peel and slice peaches.arrange on top of ribs.

5add your brown sugar and pat down with hands(DO NOT RUB IN)

6wrap in foil
-
7cook for 30 minutes on 350 degrees then lower to 300 degrees for 2 hours and 30 minutes
