This is a recipe I came up with. I used bottled Jack Daniels barbeque sauce, I added garlic onion, vinegar, and apple jam to complete the sauce. These are sweet and tangy ribs. They are tender and delicious! I hope you all enjoy!

Ingredients For jack daniels country style crockpot ribs

4-5country style ribs

1 1/2 cjack daniels honey barbeque sauce

1/4 ccider vinegar
-
1 1/2 cwater
-
1/2 capple jelly
-
3 clovepressed garlic larger cloves
-
1 cchopped sweet onion
-
1/3 cbrown sugar
-
salt and pepper
-
3 Tbspcorn starch
-
1/4 ccold water
How To Make jack daniels country style crockpot ribs

1Rinse and pat dry the ribs. Salt-and-pepper the ribs as you like.

2In a large bowl. Mix the first 9 ingredients together well.

3Place salt and peppered ribs into mixture. It's OK if they are not fully covered. After two hours remove lid and flip ribs over in the sauce.

4Cook ribs on high heat setting of crockpot for 5 hours or until tender.

5Remove ribs from crockpot. Cover tightly with foil. Pour sauce from crockpot into a large pan. Skim fat off of the top with a large spoon. Discard the fat.

6Bring sauce to a boil . Boil sauce for about 5-10 minutes. When it boils down. It will start to thicken a little bit.

7Mix cornstarch and water together. Stir into sauce. Continue stirring until it thickens.

8At this point you can pour the sauce Over the ribs and serve. (You may also brush ribs with sauce. Place ribs on a foil lined sheet pan. Place in oven under the broiler until ribs are browned and sticky. Remove from sheet pan and serve.)
