Ingredients For honey & lemon pork ribs

  • 2 lbs pork ribs, cut up
  • MARINADE/SAUCE
  • 4 oz beef broth
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey, wildflower or personal favorite
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp bbq sauce, any flavor
  • 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (mixture of - oregano, basil, rosemary)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • pinch of fresh ground black pepper
  • garnish with fresh parsley

How To Make honey & lemon pork ribs

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To make the marinade: Add the garlic, honey, mustard and lemon juice to beef stock, stir well. Now add the ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce and the dried herb mixture, making sure to blend well.

    Place the prepare ribs in a pan, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and Bake for 1 hour.

    Pour the marinade over the ribs and bake for 45 minutes. (or until cooked to your preference)
