dad's rib rub

My dad is a grill man! My favorite are pork ribs, and every visit, this is his specialty! The rub has a little kick, but the best I've tasted!

Ingredients For dad's rib rub

  • 1/4 cup
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1 1/2 tbsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tbsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper

How To Make dad's rib rub

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

    Rub on country ribs or rack of ribs. Let marinate in refrigerator at least 2-4 hours.

    Grill or bake and enjoy!
