My sister shared this recipe with me...we really liked it. Ribs were so tender and delicious! She didn’t use the cayenne, but I did. Add it or leave it, either way are great! Enjoy

Ingredients For ~ country ribs instantpot style ~

  • RUB
  • 2 tsp
    each - garlic powder & onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    each - cayenne pepper and paprika
  • 2 tsp
    pink sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • FOR POT
  • 1 1/2 c
    water and one large clove of garlic crushed
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 POUND BONELESS PORK RIBS
  • favorite sauce

How To Make ~ country ribs instantpot style ~

    In a small bowl, mix rub mix
  • 2
    Lay ribs out on a sheet pan and rub all sides with spice rub.

    Place trivet in bottom of instantPot. Add water, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Place coated ribs on trivet.

    Close lid until locks, close seal vent. Turn on pot on high pressure for 18 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for about 5 minutes.

    With tongs remove ribs and place on sheet pan. Baste with favorite BBQ sauce and broil for a few minutes, making sure not to burn. Turn to other side and repeat.

    Serve immediately. Enjoy...so tender!
