My sister shared this recipe with me...we really liked it. Ribs were so tender and delicious! She didn’t use the cayenne, but I did. Add it or leave it, either way are great! Enjoy

Ingredients For ~ country ribs instantpot style ~
- RUB

2 tspeach - garlic powder & onion powder

1 tspblack pepper
-
1/4 tspeach - cayenne pepper and paprika

2 tsppink sea salt
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
- FOR POT

1 1/2 cwater and one large clove of garlic crushed

1 Tbspvinegar
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
- 1 POUND BONELESS PORK RIBS

How To Make ~ country ribs instantpot style ~

1In a small bowl, mix rub mix

2Lay ribs out on a sheet pan and rub all sides with spice rub.

3Place trivet in bottom of instantPot. Add water, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Place coated ribs on trivet.

4Close lid until locks, close seal vent. Turn on pot on high pressure for 18 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for about 5 minutes.

5With tongs remove ribs and place on sheet pan. Baste with favorite BBQ sauce and broil for a few minutes, making sure not to burn. Turn to other side and repeat.

6Serve immediately. Enjoy...so tender!
