Ingredients For zesty pork chops

4bone in pork chops {1/2-1" thick}

all purpose flour enough to lightly coat chops

1 cpicante sauce

2 Tbspbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 mdapple, peeled and cut in 1/4" thick slices

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make zesty pork chops

1Coat the pork with the flour. Stir the picante sauce, brown sugar and apple in a medium bowl.

2Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Pour off any fat.

3Pour the picante sauce mixture over the pork. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
