Ingredients For wrapper less egg rolls

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 8
    medium uncooked shrimp peeled and deviened
  • 4 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2
    inch piece of ginger peeled
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
    bean sprouts
  • 1 c
    cole slaw mix
  • sweet and sour or plum sauce for serving

How To Make wrapper less egg rolls

  • 1
    Place the shrimp, garlic, ginger and soy sauce in a food processor and make a paste.
  • 2
    Add the pork to a large skillet. Over medium high heat brown the pork. Add the shrimp paste and stir and cook about 2 minutes. Stir in the cole slaw mix and bean sprouts. Cook until warmed through. Serve with sweet and sour or plum sauce.
