Quick and easy meal that can be double or triple. Just in time for winter. In this dish there is sausage and you can substitute for pork, chicken, turkey or vegetarian crumble. I serve mine with cheese Texas garlic toast.

Ingredients For white beans and sausage

6 oz50% less-fat bulk breakfast sausage

6 ozsliced mushroom
-
3/4 cchopped onion
-
1/2 cred bell pepper
-
1/2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1/8 tsppepper flakes
-
1 can15oz white beans, rinsed and drained
-
1/4 cwater
-
2 Tbspparsley
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 ccooked brown rice
How To Make white beans and sausage

1Coat skillet with cooking spray Add sausage and cook until no longer pink. Set aside on a plate.

2Add mushrooms onion, red bell peppers Italian seasoning and pepper flakes. Coat the veggie wit cooking spray and cook for 4 minutes.

3Ad bean, water and sausage. Stir to blend. Cook 5minutes heat through.Remove from heat and stir in parsley and salt. Serve over rice.
