Ingredients For whiskey rib sauce

  • 2
    racks baby back ribs
  • 1/2 c
    whiskey
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 c
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c
    cider vinegar
  • 2 c
    chicken stock
  • 1/2 c
    tomato paste
  • 3 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    tabasco sauce

How To Make whiskey rib sauce

  • 1
    Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes, until thick. Brush on ribs 15 minutes before ribs are done. Makes 4-6 servings.
