Ingredients For turkey/ham tetrazzini

  • 7 oz
    spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry white wine
  • 2 c
    turkey
  • 1/2 c
    ham
  • 1 sm
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    toasted slivered almonds

How To Make turkey/ham tetrazzini

  • 1
    Cook spaghetti, drain and put back in pot. The add soups, milk, wine, turkey, ham, green pepper and olives. Mix well.

    Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered at 375 for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with almonds. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
