We love sweet and sour; this grill recipe from AlfaFarmers for pork chops was a hit. Note: requires marinating over night.

1/2 czesty italian dressing

1/4 cpineapple nectar

1/4 capricot nectar

1 Tbsporange juice
-
1/2 cbrown sugar

3 Tbspsoy sauce

6boneless pork loin chops

4-6slices fresh pineapple
How To Make tropical blend pork chops

1In a non-reactive bowl, combine first 6 ingredients to make a marinade for chops. Set aside a small amount of marinade for pineapple. Place pork chops in remaining marinade and seal tightly. Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

2Remove chops from marinade. Place marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Brush chops with marinade during grilling. Meanwhile, brush pineapple slices with reserved marinade and grill until golden.

3Bring marinade to a boil again and serve over chops.
